Meet The Doctors
Dr. Mark Stefani
Dr. Mark Stefani is a 1991 graduate from the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Stefani began his career with Fraser Optical upon graduating in 1991. In his spare time he enjoys reading, traveling and recreational activities with his dog. Dr. Stefani currently sees patients at our Fraser, Richmond, and Oscoda locations.
Dr. Stacy Kreger
Dr. Stacy Kreger graduated from Michigan College of Optometry in 2006. She joined the Fraser Optical Optometry staff in 2011. Dr. Kreger is an avid reader who enjoys traveling with her family in her spare time. Dr. Kreger currently sees patients at our Fraser, Romeo and Shelby Township locations.
Dr. James Miller
Dr. James Miller is a 1985 graduate from Michigan College of Optometry. He joined Fraser Optical’s staff in 1985. Dr. Miller resides with his family in Washington Township and is active at St. Kieran Catholic Church in Shelby Township. Dr. Miller is currently seeing patients at our Richmond, Romeo, Shelby Township, and Sterling Heights locations
Dr. Anthony Paveglio
Dr. Anthony Paveglio graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in 1989. He joined Fraser Optical’s staff in 2011. Dr. Paveglio currently resides in Sterling Heights where he is active with the local Knights of Columbus and Kiwanis Club. In his spare time he likes to play golf and corn hole as well as spend time up north with his wife and family. Dr. Paveglio currently sees patients at our Fraser , Richmond, and Shelby Township locations.
Dr. Crystal Ruemanapp
Dr. Crystal Ruemanapp is a 2020 graduate from the Michigan College of Optometry. She joined Fraser Optical in 2022. Dr. Ruemanapp resides in Oscoda. In her spare time she likes boating as well as keeping company with her two dogs Murphy and Rue. Dr. Ruemanapp currently sees patients at our Oscoda location.
Dr. Gerald Jay Blazius
Dr. Gerald Jay Blazius was raised in Clinton Township Michigan and graduated from Clinton Dale High School. He did his undergraduate studies at Kalamazoo College as Biology major and studied abroad in Florence Italy for a short period prior to receiving his Bachelor degree in Visual Science. He graduated from Ferris State College of Optometry in 1988. Since becoming an Optometrist, Dr. Blazius had worked and was owner of Normady Optical from 1990 to 2022. After retiring from Normandy Optical, Dr. Blazius joined The Fraser Optical Optometry staff in the summer of 2022.
Dr. Blazius enjoys spending time with his two grandsons and is very active raising money for the athletic program at Clinton Dale Community Schools. He is currently the president of the C Club Inc. A 501 Charitable organization and is also the immediate past president of the Clinton Dale Educational Foundation.

Dr. Blazius currently see patients at our Fraser, Shelby Township, and Sterling Heights locations.
